摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To understand the drug resistance and integron and soxS gene mutations of bovine Escherichia coli in farms in Hei-longjiang Province.[Method]Antimicrobial susceptibility experiments were carried out by K-B disc method,and the mechanism of multi-drug resistance was studied by PCR method.[Result]Escherichia coli from both beef cattle and dairy cattle showed multi-drug resistance.Escherichia coli from dairy cows had the highest resistance rate to streptomycin,which was 48.75%.Beef cattle Escherichia coli had the highest resistance rate to tetracycline,which was 66.67%.Integron Ⅰ was detected in beef cattle with a gene cassette type of dfrA17.Integron Ⅱ was detected in dairy cows,and the gene box type was dfrA1.The detection rate of soxS gene was 44.52%,and sequence analysis showed that one dairy cow source had an amino acid sequence site mutation Ala12 → Ser.[Conclusion]This study provides scientific reference for guiding clinical rational drug use and the development of new drugs to curb bacterial efflux pump mechanism in the process of cattle breeding.
