桃树"青烫病"病因探究
Study on the Cause of"Green Hot Disease"of Peach Tree
摘要
Abstract
The etiology of"green hot disease"of peach tree was studied.On the one hand,the pathogenicity of bacterial and fungal isolates from diseased roots and branches of"green hot disease"peach trees were determined.On the other hand,the diseased soil and uninfected peach tree root healthy soil from Xingyang and Mengzhou,Henan Province were analyzed.The possible causes of the disease were investigated by isolating and comparing the number of soil microorganisms,comparing the physical and chemical properties of soils,and determining the composition of dissolved organic matter(DOM)in soil samples by GC-MS.The results showed that the bacterial and fungal isolated from the"green hot disease"peach trees could not cause disease.The water content and pH of diseased soil were higher than those of healthy soil,while the number of bacteria,organic matter and soluble inorganic salt content of diseased soil were lower than those of healthy soil.The con-tent of organic acids(such as benzoic acid),amino acids and sugar alcohols in healthy soil were higher than those in diseased soil by GC-MS,while the content of phenols such as 2-nitrophenol was lower.Therefore,there were great differences in the number of bacteria,physical and chemical properties and chemical composition of DOM between diseased soil and healthy soil.The results provide a basis for further exploring the cause of"green hot disease"and formulating prevention and control strategies.关键词
