摘要

Abstract

In order to reduce the application of chemical fertilizers during the cultivation of millet,promote the application of bio-organic fer-tilizers,and improve soil quality,the effects of different application amounts of bio-organic fertilizer on nutrient absorption and dry matter ac-cumulation of millet were studied.The results showed that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could promote the nutrient absorption and dry matter accumulation of millet.Among them,the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium absorption and accumulation and dry matter accumulation of grains under D4 treatment(i.e.9 000 kg/hm2 of bio-organic fertilizer)were the highest,but there was no significant difference compared with D2 treatment(4 500 kg/hm2 of bio-organic fertilizer)and D3 treatment(6 750 kg/hm2 of bio-organic fertilizer).From the perspective of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and dry matter absorption and accumulation in grains treated with bio-organic fertilizer,D2,D3 and D4 treatments had no significant differences compared with pure fertilizer treatments,indicating that the application of bio-organic fertilizer could achieve the effect of fertilizer application,reduce the application of fertilizer,and could be promoted in practical production activities.Based on comprehensive analysis,it was recommended that the D3 treatment,which was 6 750 kg/hm2 of bio-organic fertilizer,as a reference a-mount for maize production.It could not only reduce fertilizer and increase efficiency,but also achieve the resource utilization of waste.
