Abstract
The effects of application of exogenous calcium on the growth and development of calcareous mountain flue-cured tobacco,the oc-currence of leaf disease and quality of tobacco leaf were studied in order to screen the suitable type of calcium fertilizer for flue-cured tobacco in karst mountain soil.A field experiment was conducted with flue-cured tobacco K326 as the research object,and the comprehensive effect of four fertilization treatments,namely conventional fertilization(CK),convenfional fcrtilization+superphosphate(T1),conventional fertilization+leaf application calcium chloride(T2)and conventional ferilization+leaf application nano-scale calcium carbonate(T3),on flue-cured tobac-co in calcareous soil in karst area was discussed.By comprehensive comparison,leaf application of nano-scale calcium carbonate was beneficial to promote the synthesis of photosynthetic pigments and tobacco plant growth;the incidence of leaf disease was effectively reduced;the suitable chemical composition,coordination and sensory quality of B2F grade tobacco leaves were obviously improved.Leaf application of nano-scale calcium carbonate could promote the growth and development of tobacco in calcine mountain area,reduce the incidence of leaf disease,increase the content of photosynthetic pigment and the internal quality of upper tobacco leaves,and its comprehensive effect is better.关键词
