生根剂对湘蕾5号金银花扦插繁育的影响

摘要
Abstract
Taking Lonicera japonica Xianglei No.5 as the research object,carry out the research of rapid propagation of cuttings.The effect of cutting age,cutting time,rooting agent type,concentration and soaking time on survival rate of L.japonica were analysed by the single factor and response BOX-BEHNKEN test.The results showed that 2-year-old fully lignified branches should be selected as cuttings,and cuttings should be made in late winter February,the cutting root was soaked in 800 mg/L of IBA for 45 minutes was proper which the survival rate was 95.95%.This study established a standardized breeding technology system for L.japonica Xianglei No.5 in Wuling Mountain Area.关键词
