山东烟区上部叶不同田间成熟度对颜色指标及烤烟品质的影响
Effect of Different Maturity Levels of Upper Leaves on Color Index and Tobacco Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Shandong Tobac-co-growing Area
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the scientific characterization methods of different maturity levels and the impact of different maturity levels on the quality of tobacco,the field maturity of the upper six leaves was divided into three treatments:immature,mature,and over mature.The leaf thickness at the corresponding leaf position and the chemical composition and sensory quality were analyzed,and the differences in color indexs of different types of leaves at different maturity levels were compared.The results showed that there are differences in leaf thickness among dif-ferent maturity levels,the thickness of leaves at the second and fourth positions is highest in the mature treatment and lowest in the over mature treatment,leaf thickness of the second and fourth leaf positions having the highest suitable maturity and the lowest over maturity.Among them,there is a significant difference for the second leaf position.The concentration,aroma quality,aroma quantity,aftertaste,and impurities are high-est in the over-mature treatment.As the harvesting maturity increases,the aroma quality and aroma quantity of the upper tobacco leaves in-creased.Apart from a few color indexs showing no significant differences,most color indicators of upper leaves exhibit significant differences.Color indexs such as NRI,(R-B)/G,(R-B)/(R+G+B),NGI,G/R,G/(R+B),(G-B)/R,(G-B)/(R+G+B)can effectively differentiate the maturity of leaves at the second position.关键词
