Abstract
[Objective]To mix 10 samples of bio organic fertilizers into one mixed sample for mixed sample detection,and establish a micro-wave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for rapid detection of five heavy metal residues(As,Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg)in bio-organic fertilizer mixed samples.[Method]The 1.0 g mixed sample was weighed,and the internal standard(Ge,Bi,Rh)and Au solu-tion were added,nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were added,microwave digestion was carried out,the matrix effect of the mixed sample was eliminated by isotope internal standard preprocessing,and the mass spectrum interference was eliminated by KED mode.Au solution was added as the stabilizer of mercury standard solution to ensure the accuracy and sensitivity of the method.The method was quantified by internal standard method.[Result]The linear relationship was good in 0.5-500.0 μg/L As,Pb,Cd and Cr,and 0.05-5.00 μg/L Hg.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 1-0.999 9,and the detection limit was 0.004-0.200 μg/kg.The recovery rate of spiked samples was 89.4%-108.7%,RSD was 0.7%-8.9%,which fully met the requirements of the national standard method GB/T 27404.[Conclusion]This method has high sensitivity,accuracy and stability,and can achieve simultaneous determination of 5 heavy metals residues in single and mixed samples of bio-organic fertilizer.Using this method to determine mixed samples,when the expected exceedance rate of bio-organic fertilizer is not greater than 1%,the detection efficiency is 5.0-9.1 times that of single sample detection;the expected exceedance rate is greater than 1%to 2%,and the detection efficiency is more than 3.3 times that of single sample detection;the expected exceedance rate is greater than 2%to 3%,and the detection efficiency is more than 2.5 times that of single sample detection.关键词
