摘要

Abstract

[Objective]To establish a method for determination of 16 rare earth elements and four heavy metals in tea by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)with high pressure closed digestion.[Method]After digested by the method of high pressure closed di-gestion with HNO3,Cr,As,Cd,Pb and 16 rare earth elements(Sc,Y,La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu)in tea samples were analyzed by ICP-MS.[Result]The correlation coefficients of this method were not less than 0.999 6.The detection limit for 16 rare earth elements was 0.004-0.307 μ g/kg,and the quantification limit was 0.016-1.228 μg/kg.The detection limits for four heavy metal elements were 0.001-0.035 μg/g,and the quantification limit was 0.004-0.140 μg/g.The national standard substance GBW10052(GSB-30)and GBW10016a(GSB-7a)were selected to verify the reliability of the method.The relative errors(RE)were-9.26%-9.73%,the relative standard deviations(RSD)were equal to or less than 3.40%,the results were in good agreement with the certified values.The actual tea sam-ples were analyzed using experimental methods,and the RSD was not greater than 6.50%.[Conclusion]This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate,meeting the requirements for rapid quantitative analysis of 20 elements in tea.
