智能温室切花玫瑰生产运营模式研究
Research on the Production and Operation Mode of Intelligent Greenhouse Cut Flower Roses

Abstract
In response to the problems of slow regulatory response,high production trial and error costs,and long cycle of crop rotation in the production of intelligent greenhouse cut roses,this paper proposes an efficient production and operation management model through in-depth analysis of factors such as cost,market,and energy that affect the production and operation efficiency of intelligent greenhouse cut roses,in order to maximize production and operation efficiency.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to classify and generalize various factors that affect the operational efficiency of intelligent greenhouse cut flower rose production,and construct an AHP hierarchical network model.By cal-culating weights,analyze the impact of various factors on production and operation efficiency,and propose optimization strategies.The results showed that increasing production is the main factor affecting the production and operation efficiency of smart greenhouse cut flower roses(weight of 37.104%),followed by improving quality(weight of 34.624%).Although increasing selling price contributes to efficiency(weight of 28.272%),it is greatly influenced by market factors.This study summarized the various factors that affect the production and oper-ation of smart greenhouse cut flower roses into five categories:labor cost,intelligence cost,material cost,energy cost,and agricultural materi-al cost,and constructed a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.Under normal annual production conditions,the main focus should be on improving product quality,while also taking into account production volume and market changes,in order to achieve maximum production and operational efficiency.关键词
