数字化赋能农村现代化的传导机制与实现路径——以黑龙江省为例
The Transmission Mechanism and Realization Path of Digitalized Rural Modernization—Taking Heilongjiang Province as an Example
摘要
Abstract
There is a huge space for digital empowerment in the modernization of rural areas in China,and digital technology is becoming an effective engine and sustained driving force for achieving rural revitalization.Taking Heilongjiang Province as an example,the transmission mechanism of digital empowerment of rural modernization was sorted out.An evaluation index system for digital empowerment of rural moderni-zation was constructed from five dimensions:rural digital life,digital industry,digital ecology,digital governance,and digital services.The entropy weight method and CRITIC weight method were combined to calculate the index weights.Based on the comprehensive score value,it was measured that the modernization of rural areas in Heilongjiang Province from the perspective of digital empowerment is already in the basic realization stage.The purpose is to explore the implementation path of rural modernization under the background of rapid digital development,in order to provide scientific evaluation methods and decision support for the national digital empowerment of rural modernization construction.关键词
