Abstract
Talent is the first resource,rural talent revitalization is the source of power and booster of rural revitalization.The promotion of Chinese-style modernization,new-quality productivity and the goal of common prosperity can not be achieved without the support of strong tal-ents.Agriculture and animal husbandry are the traditional pillar industries in Inner Mongolia.The revitalization of grass-roots talents is related to the modernization of agriculture and animal husbandry and the all-round development of rural and pastoral areas.In view of the serious shortage of rural talents in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia and the difficulty of"introducing,educating,using and retaining",we should do a good job in introducing talent,educating talent in the light of local conditions,employing talent in an eclectic manner,and optimi-zing services for retaining talent,so as to unleash the potential of rural talent resources,we will promote the construction of a new pattern of personnel work in border areas inhabited by ethnic minorities.关键词
