The Generation Logic,Operation Mechanism and Promotion Path of the Cultural Commissioner System

Abstract
Culture is the soul of rural revitalization,talent is the key to rural revitalization,culture and talent have inherent coupling.Zhejiang is the first in the country to create a system of cultural specialists and establish a mechanism for quality cultural resources to reach the grassro-ots level directly,exploring a new path of cultural empowerment for common prosperity in the countryside.The successful practice of this sys-tem is a concrete embodiment and vivid practice of Xi Jinping's cultural thought in the field of rural cultural construction.By explaining the theoretical,historical and practical logic of Zhejiang's cultural commissioner system,we analyze the coupling of rural cultural revitalization to empower rural common prosperity as the coupling goal,the coupling of resources,values and space-time as the coupling form,and the cou-pling of"system-service-industry"as the influencing factors to empower rural common prosperity.Finally,it is proposed to promote the devel-opment of the cultural commissioner system with culture as the leader,talent as the support,and cultural hall as the carrier,so as to enhance the vitality and effectiveness of the system and make it play a more important role.关键词
