Research on the Realistic Dilemma and Path of Vocational Education to Help Rural Talents Revitalization
摘要
Abstract
Talent is the key to rural revitalization.As a type of education closely related to economic development,vocational education plays a vital role in rural revitalization,and is also an important position for rural talents training.However,the current vocational education to pro-mote the revitalization of rural talents is still faced with the uneven allocation of vocational education resources,talents training system is not perfect,professional layout is not reasonable and other realistic dilemma.Based on these practical problems,vocational education should clari-fy the goal of talent training,optimize the allocation of resources,improve the personnel training system,and build a diversified talent support platform,so as to break through the constraints of talent bottlenecks and help rural talent revitalization.关键词
