Abstract
Cerebral palsy is a serious disease in children that causes disability and imposes a heavy burden on families and society.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)thinks cerebral palsy is closely related to the kidneys and brain,and treatment often focuses on nourishing the kidneys and filling kidney essence and marrow.According to the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of"keeping the pathogenesis",Professor Tai Xiantao constructed a selective spinal massage technique system for chil-dren with cerebral palsy based on the principle of meridian and spinal nerve domination in traditional Chinese medicine,and achieved ideal results in the clinical treatment of cerebral palsy,but its mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated.Bone mar-row mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)are closely related to the role of"kidney essence"in the theory of"kidney and brain".The use of traditional Chinese medicine"tonifying kidney"therapy can improve the apoptosis of BMSCs in the ischemic and hypoxic micro-environment,promote cell proliferation and enhance related effects.The aim is to provide a scientific basis for the use of mas-sage therapy in cerebral palsy treatment and enhance the scientific understanding of the"kidney-brain interaction"theory in TCM.关键词
