抑木扶土推拿法结合针刺治疗脾虚肝旺型小儿多发性抽动症的临床研究
Clinical Study of"Yimu Futu"Tuina Method Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Tourette Syndrome in Children with Spleen Deficiency and Liver Hyperactivity Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of"Yimu Futu"tuina method combined with acupuncture on Tourette syndrome in children with spleen deficiency and liver flourish type.Methods:Sixty cases of spleen deficiency and liver flourish type pediatric Tourette syndrome were randomly divided into a treatment group("Yimu Futu"tuina method combined with acupuncture for 4 weeks)and a control group(acupuncture for 4 weeks),with 30 cases in each group.Before and after treatment,the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS),TCM Syndrome Score Table,short-form 36 questionnaire(SF-36)and Child Behavior Check List(CBCL)were used to score the two groups of patients,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:After treatment,all YGTSS,TCM symptom score and CBCL score of both groups were decrease(P<0.05),the SF-36 scores were increase(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,except for the primary TCM symptom score and SF-36 score,all YGTSS scores,secondary TCM symptom scores,and total scores,CBCL score of the treatment group were significantly reduce(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 96.67%in the treatment group was higher than that of 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Yimu Futu"tuina method combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the TIC symptoms,TCM syndromes and the quality-of-life of Tourette's syndrome of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity.关键词
