中医正骨手法结合施罗斯训练对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯的临床效果观察
The Therapeutic Effect of TCM Bone-Setting Techniques Combined with Schroth Training on Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of TCM bone-setting techniques combined with Schroth training on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Methods:Eighty AIS patients(March 2023 to June 2024)were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40),the control group received Schroth training,while the observation group received Schroth training combined with TCM bone-setting techniques.The changes in Cobb angle,angle of trunk rotation(ATR),and apical vertebral transla-tion(AVT)were observed in both groups,and the degree of pain was evaluated using visual analog scale(VAS).Results:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in Cobb angle,ATR and AVT between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the Cobb angle,ATR and AVT of observation group were all lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After treatment,the VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TCM bone-setting techniques combined with Schroth training in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis has significant effects,effectively improving patients'pain symptoms,promoting Cobb angle improvement,improving the angle of trunk rotation,shortening the apical vertebral translation,and enhancing rehabilita-tion outcomes.Its clinical application value is significant.关键词
