"调肘术"推拿治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of"Tiao Zhou Shu"massage on external humeral epicondylitis.Methods:A total of 58 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the randomized scheme.The experimental group was treated with"Tiao Zhou Shu"for external humeral epicondylitis,and the con-trol group was treated with interference electrotherapy.Pain Rating Index(PRI)sensory items,PRI emotional items,Visual analogue scale(VAS),Present Pain Intensity scale(VAS)were used.PPI was used to evaluate clinical outcomes in both groups before and af-ter 5 treatments,4 weeks and 12 weeks after the end of treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,VAS,PPI,PRI sensory item and PRI emotional item scores were significantly decreased at each time point in both groups(P<0.05).After treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,the scores of PRI sensory items and VAS in experimental group were signifi-cantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).At 4 weeks and 12 weeks after the end of treatment,the scores of PRI emotion item and PPI in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Tiao Zhou Shu"has a better ef-fect on relieving pain and improving the psychological condition associated with pain in patients with external humeral epicondyli-tis,and the long-term effect is stable,which can effectively prevent the recurrence of external humeral epicondylitis.关键词
