脏腑推拿联合针刺治疗产后腹痛(康复期)的临床研究
Clinical Research Visceral Manipulation Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Postpartum Abdominal Pain(Recovery Period)

Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of visceral massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum ab-dominal pain.Methods:A total of 84 patients with postpartum abdominal pain who visited our hospital from August 2022 to Decem-ber 2023 were selected.According to the order of patients'visits,they were randomly divided into a control group(n=30)and an ob-servation group(n=30).The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with visceral mas-sage on the basis of the control group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The subjective VAS score,tenderness VAS score,Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI),pelvic floor muscle function(PFIQ-7)score,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy before and af-ter treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the subjective VAS score and tenderness VAS score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the subjective VAS score and tenderness VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the FSFI scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the PFIQ-7 scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the total TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observa-tion group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the control group was 60.00%,and the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Visceral massage combined with acupuncture can significantly relieve postpartum abdominal pain,enhance the muscle strength of the pelvic floor muscle of patients,improve the function of the pelvic floor muscle of patients,and has a sig-nificant clinical effect.关键词
