从扶阳理论分析经方在功能性胃肠病的应用
Analysis of Classical Prescriptions in the Application of Functional Gastrointestinal Diseases from the Perspective of Supporting Yang Theory

Abstract
The theory of supporting yang originates from the"Huangdi Neijing"(Yellow Emperor's Classic of Medicine),which em-phasizes the concealment,sufficiency,and smoothness of yang qi under the yin-yang relationship of"yang leading yin."Zheng Qin'an,a master of the warming yang school,deeply understood the classics and,after absorbing the strengths of various medical ex-perts,formally perfected this theory and proposed it to better guide health maintenance and clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine.Functional gastrointestinal diseases are common clinical conditions with a high incidence rate,complex etiology,and a tendency to recur.The treatment methods of modern medicine are relatively limited.Traditional Chinese medicine,based on a holis-tic view,differentiates syndromes and treats accordingly,achieving good clinical results.Professor Zheng Lisheng has been deeply engaged in clinical practice for over 30 years,has extensive research on classical theories,and is particularly adept at using classical theories to treat digestive system diseases.He also has unique insights into the theory of supporting yang.This article is based on Professor Zheng's understanding and clinical application of the theory of supporting yang,discussing his three categories of empiri-cal prescriptions for the clinical treatment of functional gastrointestinal diseases,analyzing the application of the theory of support-ing yang in functional gastrointestinal diseases,in the hope of providing a reference for clinical treatment of functional gastrointesti-nal diseases.关键词
