旴江医家龚廷贤《寿世保元》诊治劳瘵经验浅析
Analysis of the Experience of Doctor Gong Tingxian of the Yujiang Medical School in Treating Laozhai as Recorded in Shoushi Baoyuan

Abstract
By reading the relevant content about Laozhai in Shoushi Baoyuan written by Gong Tingxian,a physician of the Yujiang School,this paper explores his clinical thinking and experience in diagnosing and treating Laozhai.The author found that Gong rec-ognized the close relationship between Laozhai and the deficiency of original qi,and that the erosion of the lungs by"consumptive worms"was also a major cause.He focused on the main pathogenesis of"yin deficiency and hyperactivity of fire,scorching lung metal"and"internal injury of the spleen and stomach,damage to primordial qi".In terms of treatment,he adopted the principle of"nourishing kidney water,nourishing heart blood,supporting original qi,and strengthening the spleen and stomach"to build the foundation and the measures of"reducing the phase fire,clearing damp heat,transforming phlegm and saliva,and moistening lung metal"to address the symptoms.From the perspective of"deficiency of Zang qi,differentiated treatment",Gong selected various dosage forms such as Ningsou Gao,Qingli Zikang Decoction,and Houxie Dihuang Pill,and flexibly applied nourishing yin drugs such as children's urine in the treatment of Laozhai.He advocated the cautious use of tonifying methods and emphasized the impor-tance of health preservation and abstinence in the treatment of Laozhai.Gong Tingxian's detailed exposition on Laozhai further en-riched the theory and clinical experience of Laozhai,providing important guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of Laozhai,which is worthy of further exploration and development by later scholars.关键词
