腹部手术后胃肠功能紊乱的临床针刺选穴规律及结局指标分析
Acupoint Selection Rules and Primary Outcome for Clinical Acupuncture Treatment of Postoperative Gastrointestinal Dysfunction after Abdominal Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To analyze clinical acupoint selection rules and primary outcome for acupuncture treatment of postoperative gas-trointestinal dysfunction(PGD)after abdominal operation by using data mining technology.Methods:The clinical literature on acu-puncture treatment of PGD was searched in databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,SinoMed,and Pubmed from their establishment to March 2023.Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis,and factor analysis of the data were conducted using Excel 2019,SPSS Statistics 26.0,and SPSS Modeler 18.0.Additionally,a visual network diagram was created using Gephi0.9.2.Results:After screening,a total of 103 documents were included.From these documents,97 prescriptions were extracted,which involved a total of 54 acupoints.These acupoints appeared a total of 490 times,with the top six being Zusanli(ST36),Shangjuxu(ST37),Neiguan(PC6),Xiajuxu(ST39),Sanyinjiao(SP6),and Tianshu(ST25).The analysis of the relationship between acupoints revealed that the combinations with higher frequency were"Shangjuxu-Zusanli","Neiguan-Zusanli",and"Neiguan,Shangjuxu-Zusanli".Addition-ally,factor analysis identified five common factors that can be used to determine common acupoint compatibility.The clinical out-comes are measured using various indices,including the time of first exhaust,defecation,postoperative gastrointestinal symptom re-sponse(score),and bowel sound recovery time.Conclusion:Clinical acupuncture treatment of PGD focusing on lower He-sea point and the selection of acupoints is based on the correlation between meridians and organs as well as the compatibility between upper and lower acupoints,while the majority of outcome indicators are associated with assessing the status of gastrointestinal motility.关键词
