清肝健脾法对桥本甲状腺炎患者TPOAb、TgAb滴度的影响
Efficacy of liver-clearing and spleen-strengthening approach on TPOAb and TgAb titers in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of the liver-clearing and spleen-strengthening approach on thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody(TgAb)titers in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT).Methods 1 649 outpatient patients from the Thyroid Department of Dongzhimen Hospital from June 2018 to September 2021 were selected and divided into low,medium,and high exposure groups based on the duration of herbal medicine administration.The effects of the three treatment groups on TPOAb and TgAb titers in HT patients were compared.Results In terms of the decrease in TPOAb titer,the median percentage of titer decrease in the low,medium,and high exposure groups of herbal medicine were 3.0%,8.0%,and 21.0%.In terms of the decrease of TgAb titer,the medians of the decrease percentage in the low,medium and high exposure groups were 1.0%,10.0%and 23.0%,The differences among the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The liver-clearing and spleen-strengthening approach can reduce the titer of TPOAb and TgAb in patients with HT.The longer time of taking herbal remedies(90-180 days)is more conducive to reducing antibody titers.关键词
