青少年非自杀性自伤的中医病机探讨
Discussion on TCM pathogenesis of non-suicidal self-injury in teenagers
摘要
Abstract
Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)refers to the intentional harm to one's own body without attempting suicide.According to its characteristics,it is often associated with depression,heightened sensitivity,impulsive behavior,and irritability.It is commonly found in depression,bipolar disorder and other diseases.Traditional Chinese Medicine classifies it as yuzheng(constraint syndrome),jiaozhuo(anxiety),and zaodong(agitation).The pathogenesis of NSSI is primarily based on constraint,fire,and phlegm.When there is constraint,various diseases arise.Excessive agitation and mania are linked to fire;and phlegm plays a critical role in causing many diseases.In clinical practice,the method of relieving constraint,resolving phlegm,and clearing heat can be used to treat NSSI.Combined with clinical cases,the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of NSSI in adolescents were described.关键词
