基于"脾肾互赞"探析抑郁症的发生发展
Exploring the occurrence and development of depression based on the theory of spleen-kidney mutual reinforcement
摘要
Abstract
Depression is a common type of mood disorders,with persistent low moods as the main clinical manifestation.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)attributes it to the category of yu syndrome(depression syndrome),and believes that the core mechanism of its pathogenesis is stagnation of liver qi and obstructed qi movement.The ministerial fire in the kidney stimulates the function of the spleen and stomach to ascend and descend qi,so that the qi circulates normally.At the same time,if the qi movement is unobstructed,the ministerial fire can be active.Therefore,if the relationship between the spleen and kidney is harmonious and mutually supportive,the ministerial fire can play its warming function.The rise and fall of the qi can be carried out in an orderly manner.The coordination of the mutual reinforcement and mutual benefiting relationship between the the spleen and kidney plays a vital role in human life activities and spiritual and emotional activities.Harmonious spleen-kidney coordination manifests in three aspects:(1)As the source of ministerial fire production;(2)The foundation of balanced qi dynamics;(3)The regulator of emotional activities.Disrupted spleen-kidney synergy leads to qi turbulence,dysfunctional ministerial fire warming,and emotional dysregulation-key factors in depression pathogenesis.Clinical observations demonstrate that the severity of spleen-kidney disharmony determines depression progression patterns.关键词
