化瘀通腑、疏肝调神法在卒中后便秘治疗中的应用
Application of the methods of resolving stasis,unblocking the bowels,smoothing the liver and regulating the mind in the management of post-stroke constipation
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke constipation is one of the common clinical complications in stroke patients.In Traditional Chinese Medicine,treatments such as nourishing yin and moistening the intestines,and promoting qi and unblocking the bowels are typically used.Our team believes that post-stroke constipation often involves a pathological evolution of stasis,stagnation,and constraint.The pathogenesis includes:stasis obstructing the brain collaterals as the root cause,dysfunction of the intestinal organs as a key factor for progression,and liver qi stagnation and spirit disturbance as a difficult-to-treat factor.This paper discusses the application of the methods of resolving stasis,unblocking the bowels,and smoothing the liver and regulating the mind in treating post-stroke constipation,combined with clinical case studies.关键词
