冠心病心力衰竭患者舌象与舌苔菌群特征研究
Study on tongue manifestations and tongue coating microbiota characteristics in coronary heart disease combined with heart failure patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the distinct features of tongue manifestations and coating microbiota in patients suffering from coronary heart disease accompanied by heart failure(CHD-HF).Methods The study on tongue characteristics involved 31 CHD patients,27 CHD-HF patients,and a control group of 60 healthy individuals.Their tongue texture and color features were captured and analyzed using the M3 Intelligent Four Diagnostic System.Additionally,the tongue microbiome study included 27 CHD patients and 18 CHD-HF patients,with microbial composition examined through 16 S gene sequencing technology.Results CHD-HF patients have a yellower coating and darker purple tongue bodies compared to healthy controls,with more pronounced discoloration than CHD patients alone.While microbial were similar between CHD and CHD-HF groups,significant structural differences were observed at operational taxonomic unit(OTU),phylum,and genus levels.Genera such as Provotella,Campylobacter,Leptotrichia,and Alloprevotella showed negative correlations with CHD but positive correlations with CHD-HF.Conclusuion CHD-HF patients exhibit aggravated blood stasis and impaired tongue vascular nourishment.Both disease groups exhibited Gram-negative-dominated tongue microbiota,but CHD-HF-associated genera may contribute to gut dysbiosis.关键词
