改良德尔菲法在中成药专家共识临床问题清单确立中的应用
Application of modified Delphi method in establishing clinical issue list for TCM patent medicine expert consensus

Abstract
Objective Taking the formation process of the clinical issue list of Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule in the Treatment of Cerebral Ischemic Stroke as an example,this study aims to explore the role and advantages of the improved Delphi method in establishing the expert consensus clinical issue list.Methods We designed two rounds of questionnaires based on drug instructions,literature search,and expert interviews.After the first round of investigation,we add a project team discussion meeting to address issue with low clinician agreement,with outcomes incorporated into the second-round survey,in which a total of 115 frontline clinicians participated.Statistical analysis evaluated opinion concentration,coordination,and questionnaire reliability.The final clinical issue list entitled Clinical Application of Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule in the Treatment of Cerebral Ischemic Stroke was established through expert voting.Results The response rates of the two rounds of survey were 100%and 93.91%,respectively.The Kendall's coefficient of concordance were 0.614 and 0.689,respectively,and the Cronbach's α were 0.952 and 0.778,respectively.Results showed high response rates(100%and 93.91%)and robust reliability.Conclusion The use of the improved Delphi method can more effectively integrated clinical needs and industry requirements,improve the accuracy and efficiency of consensus development.关键词
