从六维辨证观角度探讨祝肇刚治疗小儿腺样体肥大的临床经验
Zhu Zhaogang's experience in the treatment of pediatric adenoid hypertrophy based on six-dimensional pattern differentiation
摘要
Abstract
Pediatric adenoid hypertrophy(adenoid hypertrophy)is a common disease in children,mainly refers to the lymphatic tissue hyperplasia at the junction of the parietal and posterior walls of the nasopharynx,thus causing the corresponding symptoms.The main clinical manifestations include congestion of the nose and orifices,frequent snoring,open-mouth breathing,apnea,etc.In Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),adenoid hypertrophy falls in the category of tanhe(phlegm node),kenang(areolar sac),bizhi(nasal obstruction),hangsang(nasopharynx),and hanmian(snoring)and so on.Professor Zhu Zhaogang has a unique understanding of the treatment of this disease,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.This paper analyzes the clinical thinking of Professor Zhu in the treatment of this disease according to the six dimensions of the etiology,disease location,disease progression,disease nature,pathology,and disease stages,with an attempt to provide references for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in pediatric patients.关键词
