基于"形气神一体化"理论辨治小儿孤独症谱系障碍
Differentiation and treatment of autism spectrum disorder in children based on the"body-qi-spirit trinity"theory
摘要
Abstract
Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)in children is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder.According to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),the harmonious integration and dynamic balance of body,qi,and spiritare essential for health.The core pathogenesis of ASD lies in the disruption of this trinity:1)body imbalance leads to qi dysfunction and spirit malnourishment;2)qi imbalance causes body deficiency and spirit instability;3)spirit imbalance induces qi turbulence and body deterioration.ASD represents a typical disorder involving all three dimensions.The therapeutic strategy emphasizes simultaneous regulation through Fugui Yizhi Decoction(Cinnamon and Aconite Mind-Benefiting Decoction),an original formula,which is used to warm and tonify the spleen and kidney to achieve the purpose of regulating qi,to reconcile qi and blood to achieve the function of regulating the body,and to reduce phlegm and open the orifices to achieve the effect of regulating the spirit.Combined with clinical cases,the treatment of ASD based on the theory of"body-qi-spirit trinity"was expounded.关键词
