从"玄府—神机"理论探讨高血压合并认知障碍的辨治
Discussion on the differentiation and treatment of hypertension combined with cognitive impairment based on the theory of xuanfu-shenji
摘要
Abstract
Hypertension significantly increases the risk of cognitive impairment,with long-term elevation potentially inducing multi-domain cognitive decline(e.g.,memory and executive function)and elevating dementia or vascular cognitive impairment incidence.It is believed that the main pathogenesis of hypertension combined with cognitive impairment is deficiency of internal organs,accompanied by persistent wind,fire,phlegm,and blood stasis,which affects the opening and closing function of xuanfu(subtle pores),resulting in xuanfu stagnation and blockage,abnormal qi and blood circulation,inability to nourish organs,meridians,and the spirit,ultimately impairing shenji(spiritual mechanism).Guided by the therapeutic principles of wind-dispelling herbs,we propose four strategies:(i)Regulating qi and remove blockage of xuanfu;(ii)Activating their ascending-dispersing effects to clear xuanfu;(iii)Dissolving phlegm and dampness to open xuanfu;and(iv)Dredging collaterals and dissolving stasis at xuanfu.This framework offers novel therapeutic insights for managing hypertension combined with cognitive impairment through xuanfu-shenji modulation.关键词
