基于"一气周流"探讨肠道菌群与焦虑症的关系
Discussion on the relationship between intestinal flora and anxiety disorders based on the Yiqi Zhouliu(One Qi Circulation)theory
摘要
Abstract
The Yiqi Zhouliu(One Qi Circulation)theory originates from the Si Sheng Xin Yuan(Insights of the Four Medical Sages),which reveals the fundamental attributes of the central earth as the foundation of physiological harmony, and the"Central Qi-Four-Element Axis".This theory posits that orderly ascending-descending dynamics of central qi ensure normal organ functions, while its disruption leads to systemic imbalances.Central earth deficiency causes stagnation of jiamu, hindering its downward movement and triggering upward flaming of heart fire.Left-sided qi stagnation further induces phlegm-dampness accumulation, which obstructs brain orifices and disturbs shen(spirit),manifesting as timidity, palpitations, and anxiety disorders.Modern studies reveal that gut microbiota dysbiosis, acting as an extension of the central earth's digestive functions, influences bile acid metabolism and directly regulates jiamu dynamics.Impaired gallbladder qi descent due to dysbiosis leads to digestive symptoms(e.g.,hypochondriac distension, bitter taste)and phlegm-fire disturbances in the brain, ultimately contributing to anxiety.By integrating the Yiqi Zhouliu framework, this study proposes therapeutic strategies focusing on regulating the central earth(the spleen and stomach),restoring qi circulation, and resolving phlegm-dampness through gallbladder modulation. This approach elucidates the TCM mechanistic link between gut microbiota and anxiety disorders, offering novel insights for anxiety treatment via microbial-host crosstalk.关键词
