基于"风邪袭人,内归于肺"理论论治感染后咳嗽
Treatment of post-infection cough based on the theory of"wind pathogen invading the body and internally settling in the lung"
摘要
Abstract
Post-infection cough is characterized by pathogenic wind as the core etiology,clinically manifesting paroxysmal dry cough,itchy throat,and airway hyperresponsiveness—all typical features of wind pathogen involvement.Based on the theory of"pathogenic wind invading the body and internally settling in the lung",this article proposes that the condition results from either lingering external pathogens or external wind triggering internal wind,which should be the focus for treatment.A systematic therapeutic framework is established through wind pattern differentiation,encompassing external wind patterns(wind-cold constricting the lung,wind-heat invading the lung,wind-dryness injuring the lung)and internal wind patterns(latent wind in the lung,liver yang transforming into wind,yin deficiency generating wind).Therapeutic strategies focus on restoring the diffusing and purifying functions of the lung through methods such as diffusing the lung and releasing exterior,resolving phlegm and descending qi,as well as regulating liver and harmonizing the lung.Clinical case studies are also presented to illustrate the application of the theory in managing post-infection cough.关键词
