仝小林"独藏"辨识治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎
Treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis through identification of the only core symptom hidden in many symptoms by Professor Tong Xiaolin

Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis is one of the common diseases of the digestive system and an important early stage lesion in the development of gastric cancer.Its occurrence is closely related to factors such as Helicobacter pylori infection,gastrointestinal reflux,improper use of drugs and autoimmune disorders.However,due to the complex etiology and significant individual differences,there is currently a lack of a highly specific and individualized treatment plan.In this paper,by combining the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation,the"Du Zang"identification system proposed by Professor Tong Xiaolin is used to analyze the individualized treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.This system is based on grasping the core symptoms of the disease and combining the overall pathogenesis for precise diagnosis and treatment.Under this framework,syndrome differentiation is not only the key link between disease and symptoms,but also realizes the organic combination of"disease-symptom-syndrome-cause mechanism"by tracing back the cause and investigating the pathogenesis.By identifying the patient's"Du Cang"syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis of yang deficiency type,which is characterized by fear of cold in the stomach and stomach pain accompanied by vest pain,combined with the four diagnostic methods,Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction is used for treatment,and significant therapeutic effects are achieved.关键词
