《温病条辨》辛药治燥法机理探究
Exploration of the mechanism of the method of treating dryness with pungent medicine in the Wenbing Tiaobian

Abstract
The"Wenbing Tiaobian"always revolves around the treatment method of"Xin Yi Run Zao"in the process of the transmission and transformation of dryness pathogen.It is believed that exogenous dryness pathogen blocks the qi movement,and through the transformation of sanjiao,dryness pathogen first invades the upper jiao lung qi,blocking qi movement,therefore,the treatment is based on relieving superficies syndrome with pungent and warm natured drugs and resolving superficies syndrome with pungent and cool natured drugs;Following middle jiao,starting from the stomach,the treatment adopts the method of bitter,warm,sweet and spicy;If the large intestine is moved in sequence,the method of purgative method is used for treatment;Finally,it enters the lower jiao and spreads from the lungs to the liver,causing blood circulation disturbed by dryness pathogen,and external pathogens lurk in the body and form pathological changes,therefore the treatment is based on the use of Ganxin.It is emphasized that when treating dryness,do not forget to unblock the qi movement and regulate lung function to eliminate dryness.A systematic study and o rganization of the"Xin Yi Run Zao"concept in the"Wenbing Tiaobian"aims to summarize the transmission patterns of dryness pathogen-induced disease,and characteristics of medication,in order to broaden the scope of application of pungent herbs in the treatment of internal and external dryness,and expand the disease spectrum caused by dryness pathogen and ideas of treatment based on syndrome differentiation.关键词
