摘要

Abstract

Primary glomerulonephritis belongs to the category of"edema disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,and its pathogenesis is related to immune-inflammation-mediated damage to the ultrastructure of the kidney and imbalance of water,liquid and electrolyte metabolism."The lungs govern the regulation of water passages"means that the lung qi's function of spreading,releasing and descending qi has dredging and regulating effects on human body's water and liquid metabolism.The lungs and kidneys jointly play an important role in regulating water and liquid metabolism in the human body.Ephedra combined with gypsum can reduce inflammatory factors,regulate immunity,regulate aquaporin expression,etc.The combination of the two medicines has the effects of relieving asthma and diuresis,relieving the exterior and clearing the interior.By elaborating on the theoretical origin of"lung regulating the waterway",and combining it with the pathogenesis of primary glomerulonephritis,this article summarizes the mechanism of action of ephedra gypsum in the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis and the emphasis of its effects under different ratios.Taking"the lungs govern the regulation of water passages"as the starting point,this article elaborates on the application and possible mechanism of ephedra gypsum in the treatment of primary glomerulonephritis.
