Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-largeleaf gentian root
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that largeleaf gentian root mainly has the effects of dispelling rheumatism,relieving rheumatism and pain,relieving deficiency heat,and clearing dampness and heat.The symptom targets are limb pain,bone steaming and hot flushes,jaundice,and limbs spasms.The biochemical indicator target is hyperuricemia.Modern pharmacological studies have found that largeleaf gentian root and its active ingredients have anti-inflammatory,analgesic,liver protection,immune regulation,antioxidant,reducing blood pressure,anti-tumor,antiviral,lowing uric acid,heart protection and other effects.Largeleaf gentian root alkaloids are one of the components of largeleaf gentian root.Long term high-dose use may cause nausea,vomiting,palpitations,and decreased heart rate.Therefore,long-term high-dose use should be avoided in clinical practice.People with deficient cold in lower jiao,incontinence of urine,and incontinence of feces should avoid using largeleaf gentian root.The commonly used clinical dosage is 6-60g.关键词
