千层纸素A对卵巢癌细胞的抗肿瘤作用机制
Mechanism of anti-tumor effect of Oroxylin A on ovarian cancer cells

Abstract
Objective To study the mechanism of action of Oroxylin A on the growth and apoptosis of ovarian cancer cells,and to evaluate its specific effect on the proliferation of A2780 ovarian cancer cells,in order to open up a new path for clinical treatment of ovarian cancer.Methods CCK8 technique was used to analyze the effect of Oroxylin A at different doses on the proliferative activity of A2780 cell line.The cloning formation test was used to observe the effect of Oroxylin A on the cloning ability of these cells under various concentration conditions.The regulation of Oroxylin A on cell migration was investigated by scratch healing test.Transwell method was used to test the inhibitory effect of Oroxylin A on cell invasion.The apoptosis rate of A2780 cells treated with Oroxylin A was measured by flow cytometry.Results Oroxylin A could significantly reduce the proliferation rate of A2780 cells and had the negative impact on their colony formation efficiency.According to flow cytometry data,it was found that this compound could also effectively restrict the migration activity of A2780 cells.Transwell experiment further confirmed that Oroxylin A had a strong function of inhibiting the invasion of tumor cells.Conclusion Oroxylin A exhibits good potential in inhibiting the proliferation,migration and invasion of ovarian cancer cells.关键词
