中医综合康复疗法治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察
Clinical observation of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with integrated rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
Objective To observe the remission rate,effectiveness and safety of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 72 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected in this study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the clinical trial protocol of RCT,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of TCM,used glucose-lowering drugs normally at the initial stage,and gradually reduced and stopped Western medicine according to the patients'conditions after 3 days of intervention.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of diabetes mellitus.The probability of patients being divided into each group was 1∶1.The rate of reduction and cessation of Western medicine in the observation group was observed.The clinical efficacy of two groups after treatment was compared,while paying attention to the possible adverse reactions during treatment,the levels of the blood glucose indexes of glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hBG),2-hour postprandial insulin(2 hINS),and urinary routine indexes including urine glucose(GLU)and urinary protein(PRO)decline index before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with before treatment,there were statistically significant differences in the blood glucose indexes of HbA1c and 2 hBG,2 hINS,and the urinary routine indexes of GLU and PRO decline index after treatment in the observation group;And the 2 hBG level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy of Chinese medicine has significant efficacy and safety in the rate of reduction and cessation of Western medicine,lowering the levels of HbA1c,2hBG and 2hINS,and improving GLU level and PRO decline index of the patients.关键词
