艾灸关元穴治疗原发性痛经对脾胃经体表温度特性的影响
Effect of moxibustion at Guanyuan(CV4)acupoint on the skin temperature characteristics of spleen and stomach meridians in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective To observe the thermal characteristics of spleen and stomach meridians acupoints in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold congelation and blood stasis type based on infrared thermography technology,and to investigate the effects of moxibustion at Guanyuan(CV4)acupoint on the thermal characteristics of the related acupoints.Methods A total of 22 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold coagulation and blood stasis type were selected as the dysmenorrhea group,and 22 healthy women without the history of dysmenorrhea were selected as the healthy control group.On the 1-3 days of menstruation,infrared thermal imaging cameras were used to detect the infrared radiation temperature of spleen and stomach meridian acupoints(Taibai,Diji,Xuehai;Chongyang,Zusanli,Liangqiu)of two groups,and the difference of infrared temperature between two groups was compared.The dysmenorrhea group received a single 30 minute moxibustion treatment at Guanyuan acupoint.The temperature changes of the spleen and stomach meridians related acupoints,visual analogue score(VAS)scores of abdominal pain,and short form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scores in the dysmenorrhea group before and after moxibustion were compared.Results Compared with the normal control group,the temperature of bilateral Liangqiu and Diji in the dysmenorrhea group was significantly decreased(P＜0.05);The temperature of Chongyang and Zusanli in the dysmenorrhea group was significantly decreased(P＜0.01).Compared with before moxibustion,the VAS scores and SF-MPQ scores of abdominal pain during menstruation were significantly reduced(P＜0.01),and the symptoms of dysmenorrhea were significantly improved;The infrared results showed an increase in temperature in the bilateral Zusanli,Liangqiu,Xuehai,and right Diji,and there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint may be related to increasing the temperature of the spleen and stomach meridians in patients with cold congelation and blood stasis type.It can alleviate the symptoms of dysmenorrhea by warming and regulating the meridians and tonifying the spleen and stomach.关键词
