连柏灌肠方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究
Clinical study on Lianbai Enema prescription in the treatment of ulcerative colitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lianbai enema prescription combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of active ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods 100 patients with UC of large intestinal damp-heat pattern who admitted to our hospital from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022 were selected and randomly divided into the experiment group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Among them,2 cases dropped out in the experiment group and 48 cases were finally included,and 3 cases dropped out in the control group and 47 cases were finally included.The control group was treated with oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the experiment group was treated with Lianbai enema prescription on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups received continuous medication for 12 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(TCMSS),modified Truelove and Witts disease severity classification,modified Mayo score and clinical efficacy between two groups were compared.Results After treatment,TCMSS scores decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),but the scores of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the severity classification of the modified Truelove and Witts disease in both groups shifted from moderate to mild(P＜0.05),but the improvement in the experiment group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The modified Mayo scores showed improvement in both groups(P＜0.05),and the experiment group had a lower socres(P＜0.05).The hemoglobin and erythrocyte sedimentation indexes in both groups were significantly improved after 12 weeks of treatment(P＜0.05),but the improvementin the experiment group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The clinical efficacy of the experiment group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Lianbai enema prescription combined with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of active UC can significantly alleviate the symptoms and endoscopic manifestations,and the efficacy is definite,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
