儿童髋关节一过性滑膜炎的中西医研究进展
Research progress of Chinese and Western medicine in transient synovitis of hip joint in children
摘要
Abstract
Transient synovitis of the hip joint is the most common cause of acute non-traumatic claudication in children.The incidence rate is high,and children usually present with hip pain,restricted movement,accompanied by claudication or refusal to bear weight.The etiology may be related to infection,trauma,allergic reactions,etc.Due to the lack of specific laboratory examination indicators,an exclusionary diagnosis is necessary.The treatment mainly adopts conservative schemes,and the prognosis is generally good.Domestic treatment is characterized by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.By collating relevant literature,it is found that traditional Chinese medicine related therapies such as traction and Chinese medicine application have significant therapeutic effects.By summarizing and generalizing the literature on transient synovitis of the hip joint in children in recent years,the understanding of this disease has been deepened,which can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and provide new references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
