基于线粒体调控机制对中药防治NASH的研究进展
Research progress in traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis based on mitochondrial regulation mechanism
摘要
Abstract
Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)is a common metabolic stress liver injury disease in clinical practice.This disease not only causes serious damage to the liver,but also triggers various complications.In clinical practice,Western medicine is often used for the prevention and treatment of NASH.Although certain effects have been achieved,the toxic side effects further increase the burden of liver.With the continuous development of traditional Chinese medicine,many studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine also has certain effects in the prevention and treatment of NASH,which not only has little toxic side effects and relatively flexible compatibility,but also can greatly reduce the load on the liver,showing a strong development prospect.Research has found that the regulatory mechanism of mitochondria plays an important role in the occurrence and development of NASH.Pharmacology studies and clinical trials of traditional Chinese medicine have shown that it can prevent and treat NASH by regulating the related functions of mitochondria.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of NASH based on mitochondrial regulation mechanism,providing reference for clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of NASH.关键词
