槐耳清膏或其复方制剂对糖尿病肾病的作用机制研究进展
Research progress in the mechanisms of Huaier Qing Gao or its compound preparation for diabetic kidney disease
摘要
Abstract
With its effects of breaking blood stasis and invigorating qi,Huaier has significant efficacy in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease.The mechanism of action mainly includes the following aspects:Huaier Qing Gao and its composite formulations activate the PI3K/AKT/mTOR and NF-κB signaling pathways,which effectively mitigates oxidative stress damage and inflammatory response;They regulate the activity of immune cells and downregulate the secretion of inflammatory factors,thereby improving the overall immune status of the body;They increase the expression of podocyte actin and upregulate related proteins to protect glomerular podocytes;They activate the PERK-CHOP and Bcl-2/Bax pathways to inhibit cell apoptosis;And they activate the TGF-β1 and Notch signaling pathways,reduce renal fibrosis,and delay the progression of diabetic kidney disease.关键词
