老年2型糖尿病案——仝小林教学查房实录
Teaching ward round transcript on senile type 2 diabetes case by Academician Tong Xiaolin
摘要
Abstract
Taking a case of senile type 2 diabetes in Department of Endocrinology of Guang'anmen Hospital as an example,Academician Tong Xiaolin is invited to make the teaching ward round.During the round,Academician Tong elaborates on the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine,the development and outcome,and key points of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of senile diabetes.Academician Tong Xiaolin believes that the deficiency of qi and blood in the zang fu viscera is the pathological basis of senile diabetes.In the treatment of elderly diabetes,doctors should focus on the treatment from spleen and kidney,be good at using targeted prescriptions and drugs,and pay attention to the effective dosage of drugs,so as to improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
