基于"中气如轴"探讨儿童癌因性疲乏的中医治疗
Exploration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for childhood cancer-related fatigue based on Middle Qi as the axis
摘要
Abstract
The clinical manifestations of childhood cancer-related fatigue(CRF)fit well with the pathogenesis of deficiency of internal organs,and belong to the category of"deficiency fatigue"in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of circular motion of"Middle Qi as the axis",the core pathogenesis of children's CRF lies in"dysfunction of the middle axis"and functional loss.Insufficient Middle Qi is the fundamental deficiency of children with tumours,and the attack of tumour treatment further damages spleen qi,impedes the rise and fall of Middle Qi,disrupts the movement of the medial axis,and causes the four-dimensional reversal,resulting in the deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,and zang fu viscera,leading to the onset of this disease.Therefore,the treatment of CRF in children starts from adjusting the pivot of"Middle Qi",and needs to balance the attack and supplement.And taking the methods of Peitu Fuzheng,regulating qi and harmonizing the middle,"activating the pivot to drive circulation",and combining methods of removing phlegm,removing blood stasis,clearing heat,using both attack and supplement,and operating the four dimensions,to help the rise and fall of qi,and"axis and wheel movement",the Chinese medicine treatment of CRF in children is explored.关键词
