Exploration of the relationship between ischemic stroke and brain-gut axis and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment based on the theory of the spleen protecting the body by defensive qi
摘要
Abstract
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the theory of"spleen as the defense"is closely related to ischemic stroke(IS).The theory of"spleen as the defense"takes the spleen as the source of defense;And if the spleen's defense is firm,the brain will be safe and difficult to damage;And if the spleen's defense is lost,evil will mainly disturb the brain and orifices.The brain-gut axis(GBA)is physiologically and pathologically related with concept of"the spleen as the defense".GBA can effectively regulate brain function,reduce the risk of stroke and improve the symptoms after stroke through the distribution of peptide substances in brain and intestine,nerve,endocrine and immune pathways of intestinal flora.Based on the theory of"spleen as the defense",this paper focuses on the pathogenesis of dysfunction of the spleen's transportation and transformation function,deficiency of qi and blood,disharmony of spleen and stomach,disorder of qi movement,spleen failure to control blood,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals,and combines with the treatment methods of strengthening spleen and defensive qi,ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,and clearing sources and clearing flow to deeply explore the treatment methods of IS,providing new ideas and methods for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IS.关键词
