基于"恶性循环"假说的支气管扩张症中医综合治疗策略
Comprehensive treatment strategy of bronchiectasis in traditional Chinese medicine based on vicious circle hypothesis
摘要
Abstract
According to the"vicious cycle"hypothesis bronchiectasis is divided into syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung,syndrome of phlegm-dampness blocking lung,syndrome of liver fire invading lung,and syndrome of yin deficiency and lung heat.The pathogenesis of each syndrome type is different,and the treatment principles are mainly focused on clearing heat and dissipating phlegm and ventilating lung qi for arresting cough,invigorating spleen for dissipating phlegm and ventilating lung qi for turbidity removal,clearing liver-fire and purging lung and dissipating phlegm and hemostasis,and nourishing yin and moistening lung and clearing heat and arresting cough.For different syndrome types,the application of different Chinese medicine prescriptions for symptomatic treatment,supplemented by acupuncture and moxibustion and acupuncture at different acupoints,can achieve synergistic effect.The combination of Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupuncture can enhance the curative efficacy,and achieve the treatment of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease.关键词
