Reconstruction of Chinese materia medica-medicinal evodia fruit
摘要
Abstract
Through investigation of ancient books and the sorting of modern research achievements of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of famous experts and scholars in desciplinary fields such as traditional Chinese medicine clinical medicine and science of Chinese materia medica,it is concluded that medicinal evodia fruit mainly has the effects of dispelling cold and relieving pain,downbearing counterflow and checking vomiting,and strengthening the body's Yang energy and stopping diarrhea.The symptom targets are headache,abdominal pain and diarrhea.The biochemical indicator target is chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa.Modern pharmacological studies have found that medicinal evodia fruit and its active ingredients have analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,gastrointestinal protection,central nervous system protection,cardiovascular protection,regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism and other effects.The components such as evodipine and retaecarpine in medicinal evodia fruit have certain toxicity.Processing and reasonable compatibility can reduce toxicity and ensure medication safety.The clinical dosage of medicinal evodia fruit is 3-20g.关键词
