古恩鹏教授从脾论治神经根型颈椎病经验
Gu Enpeng's experience in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from the perspective of spleen theory
摘要
Abstract
Professor Gu Enpeng believes that the pathogenesis of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is mainly related to the invasion of wind,cold,dampness and heat,the deficiency of liver,kidney and qi and blood,and internal obstruction of phlegm-damp and blood stasis.The mechanism of the disease is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality.The treatment starts with the spleen,and acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,Chinese medicine hot compress and functional exercise are used together.External evils can be dispelled,healthy qi can be restored,phlegm,blood stasis and dampness can be removed,and both manifestation and root cause of disease are treated,with excellent therapeutic effects.To further explore Professor Gu Enpeng's academic thoughts on the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,based on the theory of restoring the bone to its original correct position and softening the tendon to restore its flexible,and the physiological function of spleen producing essence and blood,and drying dampness and removing phlegm state,the treatment characteristics are analyzed,and one case is selected for further analysis.关键词
