戴宁治疗慢性前列腺炎经验
DAI Ning's experience in treating chronic prostatitis
摘要
Abstract
Professor Dai Ning believes that the location of pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis is in the semen chamber,which belongs to the pathological changes of the special viscus.The pathogenesis is characterized by the loss of nourishment and impaired function of the special viscus,with the root cause lying in the deficiency of both the spleen and kidneys,and the loss of nourishment in the semen chamber.The key to disease onset is the obstruction due to damp-heat and stagnation,and the lack of smooth passage in the semen chamber.According to the syndrome characteristics of chronic prostatitis,which is characterized by deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,the treatment principle follows the combination of tonification and unblocking,and sequential medication.The treatment strategy involves tonifying the spleen and kidneys,strengthening and consolidating body resistance to replenish semen chamber,clearing heat and promoting diuresis,dispelling pathogens,and unblocking the meridians to ensure smooth flow in the semen chamber;It is also necessary to make good use of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Simiao Wan,and self-formulated prescriptions,and combine with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy to significantly improve the symptoms of chronic prostatitis.关键词
